Return & Refund Policy

At MyMoroccanRug, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every Moroccan rug we sell is crafted with care, but we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully.

🧾 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item arrived damaged or incorrect
• You received the wrong size or product
• You are not satisfied with a ready-made rug (in-stock only)

⚠️ Custom-made rugs and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as they are handcrafted specifically for you.

📦 Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging is required when possible

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method
• We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent

📤 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@mymoroccanrug.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide instructions and return address
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

🌍 International Returns

All international return requests follow the same process. Customs duties paid at delivery are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
